Our team includes a combination of in house staff as well as industry leading vendors. Our employees handle commercial cleaning, HVAC repair, as well as many general facilities maintenance concerns. Roofing and some of the other specialized tasks are sub-contracted to a hand picked group of well respected companies.

Maintenance of Property
For general maintenance of minor repairs, a licensed and insured, ‘handyman’ is available within hours; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have contracts with major repair companies for larger jobs (A/C, electric, plumbing) and pass these discounted service rates on to the property owner.

Inspections One reason tenants leave is due to maintenance breakdowns. We are pro-active to assure that small problems do not become big problems. Quarterly inspections are conducted to assure that everything is operational and being maintained.

Commercial Cleaning Services:
Let our team of cleaning professionals customize a cleaning service program to suit your individual needs and your budget. Our flexible staff will ensure that your property is well taken care of and that cleaning is performed at times that will not interfere with the daily operations of your business. Our services include the following:

• Restroom cleaning and disinfecting
• Trash collection, removal, and recycling
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Power Washing the Exterior, Driveway, & Walkways
• Dusting blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, etc.

General Repair Services:
Your property is one of your largest assets. It requires constant maintenance and upkeep to ensure their value is protected. Our maintenance staff have years of experience maintaining residential properties and commercial buildings throughout the Greater Atlanta area. We also offer full service property management for those that want to save the time and frustration of dealing with all of the vendors that are needed to maintain your investment.
