TLS Eviction Process

1. Administrative Eviction Phase
• Attempt collection of past due rent via phone, email, 3 Day Pay or Quit demand letter
• Prepair, file and manage court Eviction Filing and summons
• Attend court for Eviction Court Hearing and Judgement Court Hearing
• Prepair and file Court Writ of Possession Filing

2. Physical Eviction Phase
• Prepare and file court Writ of Possission Filing
• Shedule and Coordinate with Sheriffs Dept for Physical eviction date
• Execute Sheriff's Writ of Possession by providing six (6) Man Professional Move-out Team, change locks(front and back door)
• Conduct Property Condition & Damage Assessment.
• Include full Photo Gallery of Move-out condition

3. Property Clean-up & Rehab Phase
• Debris Removal (inside & out)
• Final Property Cleanup
• Full Property Inspection
• Cleaning, Carpet clening , Painting, and Rehab Svcs.
• Before & After "Online" Photo Gallery

4. TLS Property Management Services
• Montly Property Management Services
• Lease/Lease Option Home Marketing
• Flat Fee Georgia MLS Listing Services
• Unlimited Marketing (Lease option/Flat fee program combined)
